off lately, i have noticed issues while creating and running report the data gets mixed up or displays wrong report. for example. If i open browser in incognito mode and create a report, lets say to check the Service Request raised in the month of Aug - although i know a total of 43 were raised, the report output is running in 1000+ number. 

sometime when i create a new (blank report) -example to check the number of Incident request created - and when i am trying to add filter option and advance filter option - i noticed it is already pre-populated with advanced filer? (I started a blank report). Not sure why is this happening. I have tried to use the Administrator ID too - assuming in could be due to role overlap issue. But the result is same. Not sure if anyone has reported the same - but this is consuming too much of my time.

From the snapshot, i started with a blank report by the name "Breakdown svc Req Last Month" and as you can see, when expanded the "Advanced Filtering" fileds are already selected - i am assuming from some other report???
