Report - Avg. Life of Request by Technician
Greetings,
I can't seem to write a query that does what I want (due to a total lack of SQL experience).
I'm looking to create a report that shows to the average life (ticket creation to completion) of a request sorted by technician. I think I'm making it way more difficult than it needs to be... if anyone has a query that does this, please post!
