Report- All ticket assigned at least once to a specific group
Hello,
I need a report on ALL the tickets processed by a group, for example the "SUPPORT" group.
I don't care in what state the tickets are now and to whom they are assigned now, I would like to see a report of all the tickets that at least once came into contact with the "SUPPORT" group.
Even if now they could be assigned to another Group, another Technician, closed or any other possibility.
