Reply to specific Notes/Conversations
We have some suggestions to improve tech/tech conversations with in a ticket:
- the ability to reply to a particular note or email conversation and begin a new thread
- the ability to collapse or expand all notes or email conversations
- ability to notify others with a note (use the same function as 'notify when a ticket is added' box/fields)
- embed pictures in a note
- attach a file within a note
