Reply Template not used when forwarding conversations/Email - No forward template to be found in settings platform

Hi all, 
we experience difficulties finding where to set-up the template in case of conversation forward (which is in our case different that the reply template).
Would you please give me the info where this template choice should be changed, we would like the same template to be used in case of reply or forward (default reply template).
