Hi!

I need to add a specific bottom text with variables to all new reply templates created by technicians. All letters sended by SDP should be in one pattern. Technicians should edit only reply text, but not all template.

Is there possible?

If not, how to disable this ability for technicians?

p.s. where is html editor for reply template at least for sdadmin?
