I was wandering is possible to in replying to a request instead of email address we search the person who we want to reply to or CC to by display name .  if we have a organization that employees id as email like 22.11167@example.com its almost impossible for people to find each other .

and how long i can name a project : i does it have a limit on how many characters for project names
