Replies to existing jobs are not being highlighted
We are noticing that when a requester sends a reply in to a case it does not show as emboldened in the list of requests and we are missing the fact that the client has replied.
Unassigned cases are in bold.
This only seems to have happened recently - we are running build 5505 but I am not sure if 5506 had any effect on this?
