If I setup my replies to use Calibri 11 under admin, notifications, replying to a request (Calibri 11 is my companies requirement when replying to an email):

But then if you backspace and start over (because it gets the font size wrong it sometimes switches itself to use calibri 10- even tho reply template is set correctly) or maybe you just want to correct what you just typed..

If you backspace and start the reply over - it switches to ROBOTO!

This has been broken for so long..please please make this a development priority!

Using version 14 - I had hoped it would be fixed in this version. But clearly no one has looked at this problem.

My company requires the use of Calibri 11 for replies. So my technicians have to wrestle with this for every single reply. This is easy to reproduce.

PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! This has been broken for years now, If I set the font to be Calibri 11 in the reply template - it should stay at Calibri 11! It should not suddenly switch back to Roboto 10 or Calibri 10 - it should stay at Calibri 11. Anything I type in the reply should stay the way it is set in the "replying to a request" template.

Thanks sorry to vent but this really needs to be fixed.

Also - in case you are thinking "change the system default font to Calibri - instead of Roboto" that wont help because you can't set the default font size. It will use Calibri 10, not 11.
