Replies Creating a New Request Since Upgrade 8016
As above, this has happened before but I cannot find the original thread on how it was resolved. I think we had to run something on the DB.
To clarify
When we (
it@xxx.com reply to a job our address is CC'd as per usual but it now creates a job when we reply.
We have not changed any of the notification rules.
