Replicate incident templates between Production and Dev SDPlus
I've installed a Dev instance of SDP wit han MSSQL backed running on a separate server. I would like to copy incident templates, notification templates and custom fields from my production system to the dev system Is there a way to do that?
If not, what is the best way to duplicate my production SDPlus database to my dev system?
