We have the following scenario:

One user sends us e-mail / creates a ticket on behalf of another user.

Is there a way to script the change of the original sender / requester of the ticket created based on certain criteria, ie subject contains the user's e-mail address or similar?

We want the user to be able to raise tickets on other's behalf but the other person should be listed as requester.

How do we make one user raise ticket via e-mail for mutliple users without manually editing the Requester after ticket has been created?
