Hi, All !

Ones we have the question from the customer.  We  create the request in Service Desk, based on customer`s question. In case, the problem is well-known,  Knowledge base of the Service Desk  have  a solution for it.  I want  the field “Solution” of this request will automatically replaced by the field “Solution” of such well-known problem. How could I tune this?
