Repeated MySQL errors in eventlog form

Greetings,
We are having an issue with our Windows Server 2003 R2 that is running our Eventlog Analyzer. We are seeing around forty errors an hour from MySQL in the application event log. The error is:

Additionally, this server will intermittently have network communication issues during the night.

Can you give us some idea of what is up with MySQL on this server and we can rule that out?
