Reopening the ticket in servicedesk
Hi,
Requester has a problem, He raised a request in servicedesk,
Technician has addressed the request, and he entered the resolution and closed the ticketd,
But requester has not satisfied, still he has the problem
So requester is needed to reopen the ticket,
HOW REQUESTER WILL REOPEN THE TICKET IN SERVICEDESK PLUS
any feature is there or coming with this feature in releases,
