Reopen request, not with out of office
Hello,
I've enable "Reopen the same request within 1 days from closed time. Else, create as a new request" but when the user has an out of office or exchange generates an error the request is set to open again. But that's obviously something you not want and the spam filter rules is not the solution.
Is it possible to add another criteria in the spam filter like request status?
New to ADSelfService Plus?
