Renamed device, lost historical data
Using OpManager 7 build 7025.
I just renamed a device and lost the response time and packet loss historical data. I noticed that the device type also changed. I'm not monitoring this device with SNMP, only ICMP. How can I get the old historical data back? I tried renaming it back to the old name, but that didn't work. In addition to changing the name back, I also tried to change the device type back (to what I remembered), but that didn't work either.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
