Rename 'Not Specified' to 'Please Select'

Rename 'Not Specified' to 'Please Select'

Hi

Is there a way of renaming 'Not Specified' to 'Please Select'?

For example, in ITEM you are presented with 'Not Specified' as default but I'd like to change it to something which indicates the user actually needs to change it.
