Removing the notification profiles in OpManager MSP Edition
Most often, any workstation issues during the day could be allowed to crop up from the respective user call or complaint, while if it were off, it would just mean that the user has just left for the day. In these cases, you might wish to remove a notification profile.
Here are the steps to remove the log-a-ticket notification from your workstations-
1. go to admin->quick configuration wizard -> Assign a notification profile to devices -> Log-a-ticket -> Manually group devices-> and remove notification from all devices
2. go to admin->quick configuration wizard->Assign a notification profile to devices-> Log-a-ticket->Assign to all devices in category-> Router
* repeat step 2 above for Server, Switch, Firewall and other categories that you want notification for, except desktops.
