Removing the login details from login page

I have recently purchased this software and I have been busy modifying it to suit our specific needs. However I a not able to remove the login details from the main login page. I am getting a Javascript error. The error message reads as follows:

Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0

Has anyone come across this before? Is there a fix? Could it be that we have aliased it to go to support.studon.com? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
