Removing text links?
At the top of the SupportRep interface, there are the following text links:

At the bottom, there are:

Home Requests Solutions Accounts Contacts Admin Reports Support

I'd like to edit whatever source these are being call from and remove such items like "Feedback" and "Help" (we don't want our 45 SupportReps ALL giving your their feedback/help requests). I'd also like to ADD a few text links of our own. I've searched the directory structure to no avail, but it's mighty deep in there.
Where can I edit these links?
