Removing PC's from Scope of management

Removing PC's from Scope of management

Hi,

I'm wondering can anyone help me. I have removed some Servers from an active directory OU, which is the one Desktop Central is managing. Unfortunatly the servers are still appearing in the list of managed PCs - How can I get them removed?
