Removing other Device Category that we don't need.

I have some questions regarding modifying the device category in OpManager. we just want to let the servers, routers and switches only present in the infrastructure view and Infrastructure snapshots.
is it possible to omit some device category that we don't interested to view in the OpManager web-client?
please tell us how to do it if possible.
