When we try to remove old admin users from password manager I go to delete the user and it fails. Under the audit report shows a error that User is required to approve the access control of the resources. I can't find anything that this admin user is select to do that. In the user audit report for Password Access Control it shows no records. The only thing I see that might be it is under Resource Groups that user has green check marks for Manage Group under every resource. So what do I need to do to get this old admin account removed so that I can add new Admins.
