Removing DBEntries

Hello all,
i m having problem with removing 1 devise entry as i m trying to rediscover its ports it does not rediscover , op support sugessted me to use..RemoveDBEntries.bat script to remove the device totally and discover it again .
i have extract the RemoveDBEntries.bat in /bin folder
and i m trying to remove my device wiht ip / name gives me this error :
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: RemoveDBEntries

i dont have knowledge of scripts can anyone guide me plz.
my script path is this
C:\Archivos de programa\AdventNet\ME\OpManager\bin>RemoveDBEntries 10.1.2.2
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: RemoveDBEntries
El sistema no puede hallar la ruta especificada.

can anyone give me solution ,
