With the system that we have in the specific environment, SDP has been used for the past 3 years. And the SDM would like to remove some sub-categories and items, in short overhauling the the category list related to the incident management. 

I have the understanding that we cannot delete them, but we have to rename them. 

Can you provide an efficient workaround for the situation. We already have taken out all the categories by csv,

I know we can go to each one and rename them,but that shall be time consuming.
