Hi Community,
We just switched over from our old Ticketing-System to the Requests Module in SDP.
As of right now, as soons as a request is generated through mail or manually, the asset assigned to the Requester is added to the ticket. As not all requests are related to an asset (such as file permissions) we'd like to change it so we have to manually add the asset if needed, not the other way around.
is there a setting to change that?
