We are trying to setup ServiceDesk plus 7.6.0 Build 7608 to be used as asset management tool.

A few questions have come up:

Synchronization with AD: Removing a workstation in AD do not delete it in ServiceDesk, is it possible to achieve that?

Likewise renaming a workstation seems to pass unnoticed by SD?
