Remove the icon (picture BMP) from the GINA customisation

How can I remove the icon (picture BMP) from the GINA customisation? Essentially we would like to revert back to the option for ADSelfService GINA pluggin just being the worded (Reset Password / Unlock Account) link.
Once the customisation included an icon we noticed that our Windows 7 machines had multiple options for logon, unlock screen and change password which resulted in user confusion.
