Remove "ROBO - PASSWORD_RESET" template

Remove "ROBO - PASSWORD_RESET" template

Hello,

I am unable to remove the " ROBO - PASSWORD_RESET" template from my SD+ as it is greyed out.

We have not purchased this, how can I remove the template?
