I'm searching for a way to be able to remove some character like the apostrophe from the logonname, email and so on. Technically they are accepted by AD Manager and Active directory but we dont want them.

By example if i have the user John D'aléa

My current naming format that is first 5 of the last name + first 2 of the first name will provide d'alejo

We dont want the apostrophe so i need a rule to remove it so the end result will be dalejo or daleajo

I tried doing some replacement with the umlaut accent replacement table but i can only replace the character, not remove it.

I was able to replace it with a space and i thought that if we trim the space as well, at then end we would achieve what we want but the end-result was actually a space in the result, which is even worst.

Any clues are welcome.
