Remove My Tasks / My Details tab
Couple questions:
1) Is there a way to remove the My Tasks section and the My Details tab from the Requester view?
2) Is there a way to have an automatic resolution of the requester's username when they enter a quick request? So, they type in their first and last name and ServiceDesk auto resolves it from the list of requesters when they hit Save.
Love the product so far.
