Hello,

I am currently the owner of an ESM instance and I would like to remove myself as I no longer require a license in that instance. I set it all up for a team and now it has been handed over they would like to add another user. I don't need access to their instance anymore.

I tried to get another user with Org Admin privileges to remove me but that did not work.

If this is not possible then what do you do if someone was to leave the company and an instance cannot be removed?

We are running version 11.121
