Remove/Amend 'if others, please specify' template
Hi all,
We have recently moved to using webforms, however, in the body of ours we ask for information to help with the request. So we have an 'Any Other Request' form. As with all things advised to do, people are not using this and using the 'if others, please specify'. This isn't ideal as doesn't ask for info in the body of the template.
So... can we remove the 'if others' template or amend text in the body of the form?
