Remove a option state from a specific request
Hi everyone.
i have a little Problem...
We add a different states but those we only
need it for requirements, is it possible that they
disappear from the incidents?
I added a rule to remove the options. And i can no longer use it but they continue to be displayed
is it possible to remove them so that they are not an option anymore?
