I can see that all our Remote DC servers downloading all language patches even not needed for current region

For example London DC has only English language machines but I can see packages for Russian, Chinese, Romanian 

In case of Windows 10 patches too big,  it's extremely loading WAN.

It has to be redesigned to optimize Remote DC sync...
