Remote desktop security problem

Remote desktop security problem

In the real world nobody should be allowed to take over the screen of a remote desktop without the consent of the end user.

The latest version of the servicedesk gives all technicians the ability to do this.

There should be a setting to manually assign such a feature to specific technicians and even better this interaction should only be made possible if the user agrees in the first place.

So, the active-X that is called on the user's desktop should first post a message in a popup window stating:

Technician A is requesting a remote desktop session to help you with ticket ##### - do you agree?

Y / N

This action should be logged in the ticket along with the rest of the history.

The way things are now - this feature is problematic and should be disabled.

I hope this feature request is dealt with asap - thank you.
