Remote Control to RDP sessions

Remote Control to RDP sessions

I occasionally our Server admins have to provide support to other admins who are more application/Dev types and are managing application servers etc.  They all log in via RDP to manage those systems.

I'd like for any requests they have to be routed through Desktop Central for logging purposes and some of the other advanced features.  However when I've tried to get this to work before, it would appear that remote control only extents to those who are logged in as a console user and RDP users never see the remote request.  I realize it would be fairly complicated to handle remote requests from admins to true TS or Citrix systems where there could be hundreds of logged in sessions, but in my case this isn't the situation.  For back end app servers and production systems we will only ever see one user logged in at a time.

I've looked around and couldn't find anything specifically associated with providing support to a user that was logged in via RDP.  Is there an option that I'm missing or is there another means for maybe the user to request a remote session?

For now we get by with RDP session shadowing, however again, this is done outside of the DesktopCentral tool and thus we get none of the features or logging available in our normal support process.
