I am having a problem on the remote control tab of DC. We customized the message for the prompt but now we cannot change it. Everytime we try to change it, we get an error on the page and it will not save the changes. I have tried several different times on several different browsers and it still will not save the changes. I thought that I might be able to find the web files that generate that page, and manually change it, but I don't know where to begin to look.

 

Anyone had this problem before and if so did you get it fixed?
