Remote Control from ServiceDesk - Experience?

Hi all!

Anyone with experience using the Remote Access control from ServiceDesk is welcomed to place their opinions.

How does the control work over a WAN connection?

How does the control work via NAT firewall for remote users over internet?

We are using WebEx, and are looking for other options.

So far, I can see that LAN, while not great, works well enough to get work done.
