I have both SDP and DesktopCentral install, and I would like to start a remote control session from a SDP ticket,but when I click the "remote control" icon within the ticket it fails.

The only way I've found to actually start a remote control session is to go into DesktopCentral and start it from there.

How can I change the control within SDP to use the DesktopCentral agent?
