When trying to Remote Control a workstation, SDP starts trying to install the "agent controller", but always ends up with the error :

 

FAILURE :Problem while connecting Workstation.

Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,244,175,658,359.



Any ideas ?
