Error: RPC Server unavailable
Hi Support,
We have successfully installed the Agent on most worksations. We trying to test the remote control and have been unsuccessful thus far.
I've been testing it with a colegue and no luck so far.
We've enabled the following service: RPC, RPC Locator, WMI and WMI Driver Extensions
We're able to ping the hosts and receive information from MEDC6. We know the agent is installed on those hosts.
Question: When the agent is installed should there
be a Windows Firewall Exception rule for it? We don't see one.
