Remote assistance
Hello,
Sorry I put this in the wrong system before. I am trying to access desktops/laptops OUTSIDE our network. That are not internal to us.
I downloaded the agent from the website and installed it on a laptop at home to try to test this feature.
The purpose is, to be able to remote to any desktop or laptop across the country that is not on our network and be able to provide them with the support request they may need. thanks in advance
