Remote Access of AD Self Service Plus

Remote Access of AD Self Service Plus

Most of our staff are remote and require VPN connectivity to access our network, and that is how they change their password today and reset it. I am looking for a solution that would allow remote employees to be able to reset their passwords without being on our network. Can this be done with AD Self Service Plus or does it require they are on the corp. network.
