reminders not working

reminders not working

Hi

Our reminders do not seem to be sending emails - we set a reminder for example today at 1:30pm.
We then set the email me before to 15mins excpecting an email to be sent to the technician who set it at 1:15pm but nothing?

Any ideas why this could be. all other notification rules work fine.
