Release Port 80?
Can anyone tell me how I can release port 80 from within the OS (Server 2003)? I installed OpManager as a trial on a development server. I have since purchased the product and installed it on a permanent machine. However, I can not use any applications now on the development server that require port 80. I get a message that says port 80 is already in use by another application. There were only 2 applications that used port 80...OpManager and the one I am trying to start. OpManager uninstalled clean and complete (from what I can tell....no reg entries, no left over files, etc.). Is there any way through the OS that I can free the port so the other application will run? Thanks in advance!
