Release announcement: Build 5130

We are excited to announce the release of Analytics Plus build 5130, which brings an insightful integration and several other interesting updates.
1. Launching advanced analytics for Jira Service Management Cloud: Analytics Plus seamlessly integrates with Jira Service Management Cloud, to provide insightful reports and dashboards on key help desk metrics.
2. Introducing Live Connect support for various databases: Analytics Plus now allows you to connect live with the following local and cloud databases, for real-time reporting and analysis.
- Local databases: MariaDB and DB2.
- Cloud databases: IBM Cloud, Amazon Athena, Google Cloud MS SQL, and Snowflake.
3. Enhanced data backup functionality: You can now choose the retention period of your data backups.
4. Support to enable/disable emails triggered on user addition: You can now choose to enable or disable the welcome email triggered while adding Single Sign-On or Active Directory users to Analytics Plus.
