Release announcement: Build 5050
Hello folks,
We are excited to announce that we've launched Analytics Plus build 5050, which offers a wide range of features and updates.
1. Import data from Google Cloud SQL MS SQL Server: You can now import data from SQL Server hosted in Google Cloud SQL cloud database.
2. Revamped getting started screens: Analytics Plus' getting started screens have been revamped to enhance the user experience.
3. Enhanced forecasting engine: You can choose to generate forecasts for the columns used in a chart's Color shelf.
4. Introducing workspace-level formatting: You can now configure workspace-level formatting options. These configurations will apply to all views in the workspace.
5. Support for lookup columns in live connections: You can now create lookup columns while importing data using live connections.
6. Introducing new KPI chart type widgets: New KPI chart type widgets have been introduced in Analytics Plus.
7. Introducing enhancements in reports:
The following enhancements have been made to reports in Analytics Plus:
- A chart's Edit Design mode displays contextual menu options over columns used in the chart builder (on mouse hover). Click here to learn more.

- The creating a tabular view screen has been revamped for easier navigation.
