Hello folks! We're happy to roll out the update pack for Analytics Plus. This release comes with a couple of quick bug fixes and some new features. 

Features Introduced:

1. Introducing support for Change Management module in ServiceDesk Plus MSP

Analytics Plus now supports change management module for out-of-the-box integrations with ServiceDesk Plus MSP. 

Note: You should be on the ServiceDesk Plus MSP build 9303 or above to get these reports.

2. Bullet and dial charts for dashboard widgets

We've added two new chart types to dashboard widgets - the bullet chart and the dial chart. 

- The bullet chart is a horizontally inclined graph that lets you compare the performance of a single, primary parameter against a predefined target. 

- The dial chart or a speedometer chart is a semicircle featuring numbers at the arc and a needle that represents the real-time count of your metric. 

3. Schedule data imports from databases in under 1-hour frquencies

You can now set-up automatic data sync from databases at frequencies lesser than 1-hour.

Issues Fixed: 

1. Issues in changing the data format in pivot tables have been addressed.

2. Issues in adding image to dashboards have been fixed. 

3. Login errors caused by browser cookies have been addressed.
